    Mobile menu starts from 992px. If you want to change this breakpoint it requires a lot of additional style customization. But you may add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css > Custom CSS for mobile landscape (481px – 767px):

    1. I am glad that you sorted out.

    2. You do not need Screets API Key, the plugin should work without it.

    3. On my test site VC works without these problems. Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check. Also, check console on your site while you edit page and check if you have any errors here.

    Also, update theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade and update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

    Hello,

    You need to transfer changes into child theme to prevent losing your modification after the theme update. Please read more -https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
    Also, I would recommend you export theme settings into file (Theme Options > Import/Export > Import or Export your theme configuration > Export Options).

    Regarding the issue with WPML I tried what you said but unfortunately nothing changed. When I update the translation in the string stranslation window and I refresh the shop page I see my new content, but after a few minutes it goes back to the english version all the time.

    Please check now https://www.criticalenvironmentsolutions.co.uk/?brand=berkshire I’ve changed Permalinks > Common Settings > Plain. Seems there is the problem when selected another permalink type. I will send this topic to our developers to check this problem.

    Also, please note that after theme update you need to synchronize translation. Before this make sure that you placed translation files of theme into wp-content/languages/themes folder with correct name https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ (the same for legenda theme).
    Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You may lose only strings that were changed.
    Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

    I’ve installed Loco translate plugin and translated strings via this plugin.
    Did you change credentials? Please try to go to Loco Translate plugin > Themes > LEGENDA – 8theme WordPress theme > find and translate “New Customers” text.

    Also for some reason when you first load the page it doesn’t show the search bar you have to scroll down then back up to see the search icon, is this because of the admin bar?

    – do you have the same situation when a parent theme activated?
