Hello,
By default, there is no possibility to add custom font in Theme Options, this request additional customization (additional customization in source code is out of our support scope).
You may use css code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css or style.css file of child theme, for example:
@font-face {
font-family: "Open Sans";
src: url("/fonts/OpenSans-Regular-webfont.woff2") format("woff2"),
url("/fonts/OpenSans-Regular-webfont.woff") format("woff");
}
set own path to font
and then you will be able to aply the font for elements via custom css code.

Hello,
We have tried FTP access to connect to your server and with the first hostname, we can’t connect, but with 2nd in www/wp-content/themes folder we face another list of themes as via admin panel. Please check.
Also, try to activate parent theme on site (check your widgets in Appearance > Widgets and make sure that you know where every widget is placed because they could be messed up after the switching the theme to parent and back to the child theme). If the problem will be solved, it meant that you need to check custom changes that were done in files of the child theme.
