    Hello,

    Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Smart menu > Off and try to change Padding settings in Theme Options > Styling > Navigation > Main menu links > Menu links. If this won’t help, provide us with your site URL.

    Hello,

    I can see that you have not disabled Smart menu in Theme Options. Please do this or provide temporary wp-admin access so we can edit your Theme Options settings.
