    Could you please temporarily activate the Storefront theme on your website and check if you are experiencing the same issues? If the problems persist regardless of the theme, it is advisable to contact WooCommerce support, as the theme author cannot influence this.

    Should the issue be isolated to our theme while others function correctly, we will investigate and address the matter promptly. We look forward to receiving the results of this test from you.

    There is the error: “Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19446792 bytes) ” – To resolve this matter, we kindly ask that you contact your hosting provider and request their assistance in addressing this issue. Once it is resolved, you should be able to edit your page using Elementor without further difficulties.

    1/ The locked element is a part of the header builder.
    We do offer the My account element for the page because we use the default WooComerce shortcode https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ – [woocommerce_my_account]

    2/ Settings, including XStore “My account” page settings, you can find in WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy.
    The colors of buttons can be changed via Theme Options > Styling.

    2/ ” entering the username in Arabic. An error appears.” – you did not provide screenshots, but at first sight, it looks like something related to woocommerce plugin.     We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
    (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If this doesn’t help, please provide us with FTP access.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    We are not sure what the screen size is on your screenshot.
