If you are using a cache plugin/server cache/CDN, clear the cache. Also, once you get a report about the problem from the users, ask to clear browser cache.

Edit product and change categories – http://prntscr.com/t3sltn If the product should be related to all these categories, select primary category – http://prntscr.com/t3sm4p
Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Product Content Elements > unselect “Product categories”.

Go to Edit product > Inventory > Sold individually (enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order).
“Stock display format” you can find in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory. If this is not what you are looking for, contact support of WooCommerce to get assistance.

I can’t see the error on your site (checked few product category pages). When this problem occurs next time for you, check if any error is in browser console (use chrome inspector http://prntscr.com/t3r4ro ). Provide us with a screenshot.
Also, try to clear cache of your browser.

Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/Included_Plugins , and check if it fixes the issue.
Do you have this problem when the parent theme is activated on your site or with the child theme only?
