1) Please set administrator role for the user in Dashboard, so we can take a closer look at your current settings.

Do you mean registration? It comes from WooCommerce plugin, go to Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation > Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-15
4) Check docs of WooCommerce plugin, or contact support of the plugin.

6) Theme Options > Footer > Footer layout > Show Footer Demo Blocks > Off. Go to Apperance > Widgets > edit content of Footer Copyrights Left area.

Sorry, but your question is a bit unclear for me. Please describe it in more detail.
Settings of Cart widget in the header, you can find in Theme Options > Header builder > Cart.

To change the role for user, which was created for our team, go to Dashboard > User > Edit user > http://prntscr.com/t3n4uo
