Looks like you have tried to edit static block and pages using another page editor (Gutenberg or Elementor) that brocked the content structure. You need to use 1 editor (WPbakery) only.
Disable Gutenberg as described here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/ and do not activate Elementor plugin.
Re-import demo pages – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI and edit content depends on your needs using Backend Editor of WPbakery.

You can use the theme for 1 project only. If you need to create a staging or dev site on subdomain you can use the same license but if you plan the new project you need an additional license.
