Not listing some product - by Backes1 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    hi Rose,

    System is not listing this product. Maybe you can help me about it!
    I am already deactivated my cache plugin.

    Hi Backes1,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and test if you have the same problem when the default WooCommerce theme is activated. Keep in mind that widgets could be messed up after switching and you will need to place them back once enable XStore again.
    Let me know if you have the mentioned issue with the product when the default theme is activated.

    Hi Rose,
    I can not do that test
    I wouldn’t know how to organize widgets again and site is online
    anyother idea?

    Make sure that the mentioned product is visible for search http://prntscr.com/u117dk
    Because I don’t see issues with the search of the other products.
