1) Make sure that you created a translation for XStore Core plugin, or create it now. Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
2) Theme options > Header builder > Cart > Mini-Cart Promo Message
3) Do you mean Single product page? Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS
