Hello,
Theme Options > Header builder > delete Newsletter element from the Header content.
What page builder do you use Elementor or WPBakery? Enable the builder for static blocks. In settings of the Newsletter element, you can find which block you need to edit to change the content of the popup.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few projects you need to buy a few license.

It is recommended to run import on fresh WordPress installation.
To run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ This plugin will help you to remove all the existing content.
If you do not want to use this plugin, you need to manually delete content (pages, menus, static blocks, and so on).
Download frontend-script.min.js file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com/MywgU , re-upload it into et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/frontend/js/ folder via FTP.
