It shows the progress of translation, the value is not frozen, continue translation and it will be changed.

You need to have only one translation for the theme with System location. I’ve synchronized translation as described in docs.
You can continue translation now – http://prntscr.com/108fv4y

Install Loco Translate plugin. Go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > change mentioned strings > Save. Disable the Loco plugin.
