Mobile Shop Filter Is not showing out - by alexlim

Hi,
May i know why after i set the mobile shop filter setting to “off canvas” and hide the sidebar at mobile turn to “off”, in my front end it still not showing out?

Hi

We have test your website URL on our testing environment and it is working fine sidebar is not showing on mobile. Will you please check your website on actual device. If you still facing any issue let us know in more details.

Hello,

“Hide sidebar on Mobile” should be Off.

Hi,

Ok now can working already. By the way i facing another problem with the Xstore element “Ajax Porduct Tab” element.

After i insert this element to my website it show server error problem then my layout will suddenly change to other layout.

The layout become like this:

When i remove it then click save it can save and the layout resume beack.

Hello,

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
