Embedded video for single product page - by NxtArt_ro

Hi,
I want to have on some products an embedded video; the video is posted on my youtube channel and I used the link provided by youtube for embedding. I copy the link and paste into the product settings.
But, the video does not appears in the product gallery.
Where is the error?
Please advice.

The video is on product https://nxtart.ro/product/masca-personalizata-luna/
and product https://nxtart.ro/product/masca-personalizata-soare/

Hello,

As I can see, on one of products (Mască personalizată – LUNA) the video is shown. Compare settings of these products.
Do you need this border https://prnt.sc/107m4q9 ? It can be disabled by deleting this custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/107m78o

Hi,
The video is set for both products exactly the same.
Sometimes it is shown, sometimes it is not. Please see printscreen attached from couple of minutes ago.
I also tried on several browsers/computers.
On mobile it is not available.

I don’t mind the border, but is good to know how to disable it. Thank you.

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

Please change the role for the user to administrator.
Also, we need FTP access. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
