After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the Shop page editor again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the test shows that the issue is not related to the plugins, kindly provide us with the link to the page where the “Add to Cart” function is not working. Additionally, please share temporary WP-Admin and FTP access so we can further investigate the issue.
