Thanks for the screenshot.
Slider that was created using Slider revolution and the Promo text element are completely different things, so should not affect each other.
Theme Options > Speed Optimization > change Image Loading Type to Default (temporary solution, you will be able to use the Lazy type after the next update).
Clear cache and check then.

I’ve checked this option is disabled.
1/ Update the theme and Core plugin, then clear cache and check the product image then.
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
