We understand that you would like to ensure that only relevant categories and products are displayed on the sidebar rather than showing all categories from the entire store.
Please go to Theme Options > Woocommerce > Shop Elements > Categories > Advanced mode (With this option, you will have a “Show All Categories” link and the children of the current category for the Product Categories widget on the product category page. Note: Preview is not available, so please check outside of the Customizer preview.)

We would like to inform you that the header on your website was created using the theme options builder, rather than Elementor. As a result, the “Animated Placeholder” option is unfortunately not available.
Unfortunately, we have not received a video demonstrating the actions you described, which makes it difficult for us to fully understand how the issue is occurring. However, based on the information provided, we can confirm that the same result would occur with any other theme. Therefore, the issue does not appear to be related to our theme specifically.
Regrettably, as the theme support team, we are unable to assist with this particular matter. We hope for your understanding in this regard. Should you have any other questions, we would be happy to help.
We have disabled third-party plugins as they were consuming server resources, which seemed insufficient for the successful installation of the demo content. Since the demo content has now been imported, you may activate the plugins you deem necessary.
We kindly advise you to review the description of each plugin before activation, as each additional plugin may slightly slow down the website. There is no need to activate plugins that are not being used or are not essential.
2. The XStore theme is fully compatible with the WooCommerce plugin.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your site, and we will investigate the issue more thoroughly.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
The website speed optimization falls outside the scope of our standard support services. Please go to Woocommerce >Status > Logs > Fatal errors file > problem from Elementor Pro plugin https://prnt.sc/OqH9d09JCaTg We would recommend you to contact plugin support.
Additionally, we suggest downgrading your PHP version from 8.3.8 to 8.2, as this may help resolve the issue.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, then we will be able to check your settings and help you.
