    We recently purchased the XStore theme, but we’re experiencing difficulties uploading it within WordPress. Could you please assist us with the installation?

    At first glance, the issue may be caused by a third-party plugin or something related to the server.

    Could you provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Thank you for your prompt response and support. Could you please let me know which plugins you have disabled? If you believe these plugins are not necessary for your theme, I suggest removing them to avoid any potential issues.

    We will gradually replace the demo content and images. Additionally, I need to understand how we can configure our store. Could you confirm if your theme comes prebuilt with WooCommerce plugins? If so, could you guide us on configuring it and setting up a payment gateway?

    We also need to create additional pages, such as “Terms and Conditions” and “Refund Policy.” Finally, I would like to know if it’s possible to convert this to a multi-vendor setup without reinstalling the theme.

    1. Please find the list of plugins included with the theme at the following link:https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ Kindly note that the recommended plugins are optional, so you are not required to install them.

    We have disabled third-party plugins as they were consuming server resources, which seemed insufficient for the successful installation of the demo content. Since the demo content has now been imported, you may activate the plugins you deem necessary.

    We kindly advise you to review the description of each plugin before activation, as each additional plugin may slightly slow down the website. There is no need to activate plugins that are not being used or are not essential.

    2. The XStore theme is fully compatible with the WooCommerce plugin.
    We recommend reviewing the WooCommerce documentation for configuration guidance: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/ Please note that we are unable to configure third-party plugins, as our support is limited to issues related to our theme.     4. Yes, it is possible, just activate the multivendor plugin and follow the docs of the plugin.

    Thank you for the information. Could you please specify which WooCommerce plugins are fully compatible with the XStore theme? Are these plugins already installed along with the theme? If so, we would like help identifying them and understanding which ones we should configure.
