You can try to use some third-party plugin to implement that.
If you mean the chat console, then try to change your email. Navigate to Users->Your Profile->Contact Info and change email.

If you have installed the latest version of the theme (v2.3), then this plugin is in the folder with the theme.
Could you please clarify with more details and show us screenshot where image is not displayed?
