Woocommerce not displaying COD as payment option

another problem I’m having with http://www.cateringbyjasmin.com is that when I go to checkout I’m not able to choose Cash On Delivery as a payment option even though it’s enabled and it’s set as the default payment type.
i’ve enabled checks instead, which works, but that’s not what I want the site to be set up for.

ah, found the answer. apparently i just needed to enable local delivery as a shipping option!
all fixed.
