    As I see you’re using old theme (3.4) and plugins versions. Please update them.
    Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
    Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

    The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

    Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    You provided us with not correct credentials now.

    Please try it yourself. You need download Classico theme again on themeforest and upload theme via FTP. This is must fix your problem.

    First you need to disable demo footer blocks in Theme Options->General and then create footer manually.

    If you deactive W3 Total Cache plugin and check issue then changes working perfect. In this case you need to clean all cache in this plugin.
