Can't change the logo image - by Organik

    Hello,

    Please try to clean all cache.
    Also please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Hi Robert,

    We’ve cleared our cash, but still the same result. Please find the credential in private. I’ve also noticed that the thumbnails images in the product page are not working…I have only big images. I’m wondering if their was a bug with my demo import.

    I’ve reupload logo image again and it’s working perfect. Please check.

    For the product image, it’s the images for single product that are not working:

    I would like to have my product page look like the demo, one big image and the smaller one below:

    How can I achieve that? I’ve tried a few things that I found on the support forum, but so far, no results.

    Please provide us with FTP credentials (to the root folder) in Private Content.

    Hello,

    You provided us with not correct credentials now.

    Please try it yourself. You need download Classico theme again on themeforest and upload theme via FTP. This is must fix your problem.

    The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

    Hi Robert,

    My site was down last night, that’s why the credential I’ve sent you did not work…in fact, I’ve lost all the files, but my hosting provider was able to recover them! It working fine now and the ftp access too. Please see the private message for the credentials.
