New Customer Registration Not Working - by jrmcphan

    Hi guys,

    I’m unsure if it’s a theme issue, but I wanted to check. My site is not letting new customers register. When you fill out your details it either submits, but does nothing, or returns an error.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    As I see you’re using old theme (3.4) and plugins versions. Please update them.
    Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
    Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

    The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

    Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
