I used a nulled theme to see if the loss of the header and footer was due to a problem of the original theme or something else, but in both cases the problem of loss of theme customization happened.

You are right. After testing the installed 3-d party plugins to optimize css and js, I discovered that combining js from WP Fastest Cache plugin and optimizing css from Autoptimize plugin results an Ajax error to add any product to cart from the product page.
