    Hello,

I’m trying to download the plugins of my Legenda Theme but I get an error from your database and does not allow me to access the download section.

The error seems to affect my purchase code Legenda Theme.

Can you quickly check the error in your database?

    Thank you.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

We checked the page https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and plugins can be downloaded successfully on our side.
Try to clear browser cache and check again.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

I logged in from two different browsers and I still have problems with the database.

Meanwhile, could you send to my email the latest version of the plugin Revolution Slider v5.2.5.2?

    Thank you.

    Thank you Jack.

    I have received the plugin.

But I still have problems with my purchase code and the data base when I enter to the Download plugins section:

WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ‘)’ at line 1]
    SELECT * FROM wp_woocommerce_software_licences WHERE order_id IN ()

WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ‘) AND user_id=2126’ at line 2]
