    Hello,
    When enlarging the product images, than the error appears. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/iHY8znYnw-3Z
    I thought its because of the combining, minifying css file, but its not as this file is never to find to exlude from SG plugin. I got referred to reach to you as the theme element is missing.
    Need your advise to solve this.

    I have updated the core plugin to the latest version last week. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/rI3zFJCBpf2D . But if i go to the plugin installer, it shows that yet update in required. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/ml2F3thXtd-i

    I havent minified any javascript for months also i am not using xstore own theme cache minifications, but in google search console, theme’s javascript warnings are appearing. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/jWp4O-lBIjvv
    Please can you give me a hint what can be wrong?

    The abovementioned message undated:
    * When updating the cart quantity than this issue appears in console https://prnt.sc/lL5bEYf-LE4B . When disabling woocommerce conversion pixel plugin, than this issue disappear.
    * When i scroll down on main category page /product-category/dekbedovertrekken/ After clicking on the ”load more button” this error appears in console https://prnt.sc/mAjkrO3clK5V .
    I cleared the cache and also deactivated the cache plugin but it didn’t help.
    * Checkout page is showing this error https://prnt.sc/DjPU8G_wkghe even after disabling cache.
    * For last 30 days not any javascript is minified or combined. But yet almost nothing is fetching https://prnt.sc/LW-2mzypGrXk

    Sorry, i saw that cart fragments code now. I posted you the complain right after siteground told me about this issue related with the theme. That code was added by a developer few months ago. I have deleted that code now.
    1- I was just inspecting the cart page. When i update the cart quantity than this issue appears in console https://prnt.sc/lL5bEYf-LE4B .
    2- When i scroll down on main category page /product-category/dekbedovertrekken/ After clicking on the ”load more button” this error appears in console https://prnt.sc/mAjkrO3clK5V .

    Hello,
    Each time you assisted me and each time you said that it was a cache issue. But siteground provide me each time the proof that it is not because of the cache plugin but because of XSTORE.     I combined the javascripts in cache plugin, than it works and warning disappeared.

    Fid was not fetching because of bad theme javascripts scripting. No any cache plugin could combine or minify this theme properly till date. Now i disabled all the javascripts minification and combination. Clearing all the cache twice and disabled and deleted memcached files. Yet showing few critical javascript errors in search console.     I contacted siteground but they blame its theme scripting. Give me an advise how to solve this?

    Thanks for your reply, like each month, fid is again not fetching. Also this time i havnt made any changes? I am using only big plugins like woocommerce, yoast etc. Again thr is no any vulnaribility issue between plugins.
    I have cleared the cache and deleted all transients but yet Fid is not fetching on mobile and desktop.
    As i read your previous post about the cache settngs issue, i also deactivated cache plugin and deleted all cache files from the public html folder. But FId is not fetching.
    I have multiple websites but this issue is only related with this website because of this theme. I have sent you earlier screenshots of many xstore’s theme demos which are showing the same error.
    Please tell me the real issue?? 5 times, I have granted the access of my website in last few months to solve this issue again and again. Each time you solved it and again it appears back after few days like your different theme demos.
    Please advise me how did you solve that??? Because i dont have enough time to contact you each month for the same issue . If you tell me how did you solve that than i can do it myself.
    So how did you solve that?

    Thanks for your assistance. It was the Nginx dynamic cache layer which was effecting. It is solved without deactivating dynamic cache layer as the option had to be enabled by generating caching separately for different browsers.
    My developer found a custom coding hidden file, which he removed. Hopefully that issue is also solved.

    I am not using cache plugin and avoiding to use 3rd party plugins. So can you tell me what will be the default theme settings for mobile and desktop version?
    As theme is also having her own cache settings, so where is the cache folder of this? As i mentioned earlier that my theme is running without any cache plugin for last few days to make my website more safe. But yet i find that cache things are still thr as my website’s main menu on mobile and desktop is showing each time differently and sometimes it disappear. Sometimes thr is no product filter on category pages, related products tab remains empty etc etc. For the screenshots, see my previous post

    Dear in my 3 lines message, i have mentioned that no any cache plugin is active. The only cache which is active, is xstore theme speed optimization which is having different behaviors for mobile devices in different browsers.     Infinite scroll is not working on different browsers.

    As i provide you here above the screenshots by xstore’s own theme speed optimization settings. Where is the cache folder of these functions??? And how this is controlled and how to clear this folder? I ask you this because my developer told me about the possibility of the hiddon custom coding which is effecting my site via the stuck old cache files. Thats why i deactivated the cache plugin and almost find the real culpirt as i deactivated the SG cache plugin at the 1st stage.
    Just need your guidance about the current active cache files by xstore theme optimization settings.

    Mainwhile i updated the theme but after updating this blue menu is also showing on mobile. See screenshot, https://prnt.sc/23ktqf9. How can i hide this? I have deactivated cache plugin but the issues are still thr. Also the infinite scroll on category pages is not working properly for mobile devices.

    Its better to give you access of my website to discover how this theme scripts has killed my sale. Basically you already can or have access of my website as your theme Xstore is very wel PLACED and activated into my website along with the core plugin and outside updates..
    Thr are for ever 10s of error in search console even you deactivate all supporting plugins. But once this theme is activated the all different types of errors in search console appearing again. Spent tons of money to solve these issues to increase my website’s seo and sales but each developer blamed this theme’s weak scripts and failed again and again like this:>>

    Thanks for your response. Previously you have tried to assist me to solve this issue as i explained this issue earlier with details that for few days its fetching and other few days its not fetching. You logged into my website but both times you failed because the issue is still thr after 3 months struggling.
    So I think its better to let me know what is the issue as out of your many themes i have inspected just 10 themes which you guys are selling. Out of 10 themes 3 themes are showing the same issue.     I discoverd Xstore fid is not fetching is just a theme development related issue. Hopefully your team will work on this issue. for few days it fetchs and again not fetching for many days.

    I am so sorry that perhaps it was caused by robots.txt and yet you assisted me. I am so thankful to you.
    Thanks for your guidance and paitence. Hopefully the issue will be resolved. I have added above mentioned rules into my robots.txt which was escaped by a developer, hired previously. Than cleared cache. Also i have resubmitted into search console.
    I tested url half hour later in search console, yet its showing broken site and scripts are not loading. Screenshots hereby:

    I deleted yesterday all the child theme codes which were added by the unavailable speed optimization expert last year but FID is not fetching and the issue remains unsolved.     The issue appears for the 1st time on the very next day when i have uploaded shopping feed plugin of woopt adtribes and have given my websites credentials to them to assist me to create a feed.
    I found now that xstore fonts file are also running under this plugin. Screeshot hereby, https://prnt.sc/1br6591 .
    Can i reinstall those fonts? Need your assistance.
