Thks for your help .. but still have my issue
I have verified the settings, and option “Hide out of stock products” is activated in settings of the Products element
And the theme version and Core are the latest .. but i cleaar cache but still have the problem
Exemple product (out of stock, so should be hidden) : “Greg : top écru” (first product on left, in the first carousel of homepage)
Other problem with those product in carousel, some product are shown 2 times .. why ? and how to prevent it ?

and thank you for this answer … even if that’s annoying gbecause of Stripe is the solution for me to accept that people pay by card :/
And the thing is that i also use Xstore in an other website , also with Stripe, but there it works (https://bellemme.com/produit/sac-rond-albertine) … do you know why ? Do you know any alternative solution to Stripe or this problem ?

Still have a problem with it, precisly with the variations
Actually, when a variation is out of stock, it’s impossible to buy it (not available so “ok”) ; but the the variation image of the attribute is still displayed
