Hi

We have contacted an additional developer to assist with the speed optimization and setting up CDN, but now on clearing the cache, the mobile menu is showing on desktop and desktop menu on mobile. How did you fix this previously? So that we can also change it ourselves, if this happens again.

Good day,

After a soft launch of the website last week, we have a lot of feedback about the site being very slow. would you recommend upgrading to the pro version of the w3 plugin? what are suggestions do you have? Would you be able to assist with these adjustments for the speed optimization? Kindly advise at your earliest convenience. Should we opt for AMP for mobile and redesign those pageS? We would really appreciate your support and input.

That is so strange, on my side the gallery images are at the bottom.

I’m not sure what the issue is all of a sudden with the gallery not showing on the side. Could this have happened due to caching settings?

the variation gallery plugin is also now not showing the variation gallery images on left, as per setting, but at the bottom.

Hi,

Thanks, but there are some pages set up using WP Bakery…Like FAQ? https://www.xtraclothingandshoes.co.za/faq/ – I’ve redone it now using Elementor, but is there a way to still have the toggle within the 3 tabs categories? the toggle icon has also disappeared when viewing the page but shows when editing in Elementor. the text divider element shows the h2 when editing, but when the page is updated and viewed, it shows small text titles.

Hello Rose,

I managed to figure out the static block edits, and that’s okay, but i’ve set up mega menu and linked to specific static blocks. however, the static block when edited is not updating and when you hover over main menu item and try to go down to static block item, it disappears.

What am i doing wrong? Appreciate your assistance here.

Good day,

we are unable to click “Add Account” and link through to Instagram to add account. That is why i provided the wp login details for you to access and see what we are experiencing. We have another license for the same theme and the other site is working fine.
