Please, make sure that you using the latest version of our theme – 1.6 because such problem was fixed in one of the previous updates and check if you created My Account page.

To change portfolio featured image go to Portfolio > Projects > edit project and change Featured image at the right side in the bottom.

To change project content/layout use Visual Composer. First of all t=you need to enable it for projects and all the other necessary post types, see https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/assets/images/image_16.jpg

After that you’ll be able to use backend or frontend visual editor to create columns layout, add and remove the different element, including Video VC element.

2) Image size in WooCommerce settings depends on images you plan to use on your site. For example on Furniture demo we use square images, then WooCommerce sizes are good for us. Default demo uses other sizes because images are rectangular. The same situation with hard crop option.

Anyway, try to increase max input vars http://prntscr.com/by3tat and check if it helps.

Navigation labels issue will be fixed in next theme update. Please wait 1-2 days and you’ll be able to update theme and fix this problem.

If you enable child theme you need to go to Appearance > Widgets and move widgets into correct widget areas. Child theme is a new theme and WordPress works in such way. But you should do this only once, after the first activation. Then you’ll be able to switch between parent and child themes without any problems.

We have area to put custom css, you can find it in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS but don’t have Custom JS area. You can use child theme to add new scripts https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
