I would like to update the social networks and email in my top panel. Could you please help me to find where I should edit it ?

Go to Appearance > Widgets > edit Social Links widget in Right top bar widget area https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#theme_settings_45_widgets_amp_custom_widget_areas
