The size of the images that are used for the products depends on your settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Image Sizes.
We use catalog image size for the products grid http://prntscr.com/en3dfz
But Google Speed tool tells you that you can optimize original image because at present it’s too large. If you optimize original image and then regenerates thumbnails all the image sizes (catalog images, thumbnails) also will be optimized. Please, download optimized images and use them for your products http://prntscr.com/en3t5v
You can optimize images manually or use special services, for example https://kraken.io/

You can use 1 theme license for the 1 project (1 end product) only. It means if you plan to create different projects using our theme you will need to buy individual licenses for the every project.

1) Please, provide me the link to page where I’ll be able to check what caused space between header and image.
1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and try to save your page again. Does the issue still persist? If not then enable the additional plugins one by one and check which one causes problem.
In case disabling of plugins does not help, please, provide me FTP access to your site.

Because you need to enable header overlap the content option. In case you want to enable this for the all the pages on your site go to Theme Options > General > Header settings. If you want to do this for some specific page then go to Pages > edit your page > scroll down to the 8theme Layout Options area and enable header overlap option http://prntscr.com/el5p56

If you want to have the carousel slider but display different content then choose Default Slider http://prntscr.com/el5kk8 and then go to edit slides and create the individual slide for the every image you want to show.
2) You can choose the categories in WC slider settings. Check the screenshot above.
