Next time to understand if the problem is related to theme files or to WC plugin go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme. We’ll fix notices on the single product page at the sidebar in next 3.11.1 update but notices that appear on hover are not related to our theme, seems some plugin causes this issue. Try to disable third-party plugins and check which one causes the issue.
You are using so many plugins based on WC, it was a bad idea to update WC to version 3.0 if you are not sure that all your plugins support it.

Please, read WP documentation about child theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
It does not have any special options, child theme inherits all the options from the parent theme.
So, to install child theme go to Appearance > Themes > and use child theme archive to install and activate it. To install demo content go to Theme options > Import/Export > Dummy content.

If you are using WC 3.0 then you should update theme to version 3.11. This version should be available within a day on ThemeForest. V. 3.10.1 of our theme is not compatible with WC 3.0.
So, I would recommend to update our theme to v. 3.11 first and try again. If it does not help then, please, check if this issue appears with XStore theme only or with default WC theme too. Install and activate Storefront WC default theme and check.
Reply back in case problem persists with our theme only.
