Low response speed troubleshoting - by kristake

Hi!
Finally I managed to finish my site (https://www.uhlala.ro), of course with help from you, but now I am going crazy: for the last 3 weeks I tried different things to speed up my site, from picture optimization to changing hosting. Now I moved to a new VPS server with a lot of power and I hopped that all my problems will be gone…but not at all. Still the site moves very slowly on the desktop, and criminal slowly on the mobile (20-30sec loading time).
I have a lot of plugins (around 40 active) but I don’t think that the problem is from them, because I remember that it moved slowly from the beginning, when starting with the customization.
As I said before, I want to use this theme on another 2 sites, because i really love it, but now I am afraid to do this, and for the first time, I am also considering starting from scratch with another theme, after 4 month of working on my site… :((
Can you please do a proper check, because you know this theme best, and try to help me out with this low speed problem? I will pay whatever it takes for the tests, but I really need my site to work properly, my business is on total stand by now… 🙁

Hello,

Unfortunately, we don’t have any other solutions that cache plugin and all the default tips to speed up the site. If you are not satisfied with theme speed we are ready to give you refund. Sorry.

Hello, @kristake,

We are working on theme improvement, we’ll update product carousel, will add lazy loading for the carousel images, optimize some scripts included in our theme. But it will be done in version 4.0.
