1) I suppose plugin does not support theme Ajax add to cart. Go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Products > Ajax add to cart > disable this option.
2) Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Image size > Single product Image > 780×520. Save and regenerate thumbnails after that.
We have removed double scripts of the old version of the owl carousel. But if you do not improve video scripts http://prntscr.com/fv8lxu and page size (at present it’s almost 6MB) I don’t think that you get better page speed results.

Does your page work fine with default WooCommerce theme Storefront?
Provide temporary admin panel and FTP access, please.
Unfortunately, there are no options for this default WooCommerce feature in our theme. Before the last updates WooCommerce opened the link in the new tab but after update they replaced this option by drop-in box.

Hello,
Just go to Theme Options > Header Settings > Choose search and wishlist position, after that go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Shop > choose cart positions and save options.
1) If you use Chrome browser then just clear browser cache. I don’t see any problem with Theme Options http://prntscr.com/fumnnu
2) Cart widget was disabled that’s why search position was changed. We added the new option in update – cart icon position (Theme Options > E-Commerce > Shop) and after the update you just need to re-save it to enable cart. Check now.

I’m not sure that you need such a big limit, as a rule 8000 is ok, maybe 10000. But yes, you need to make sure that limit is really changed, as a rule hosting support can do this without any problems via php.ini and restart the Apache after that to apply changes.

Is this solution ok for you or you still want to show all the items? Because to enable mobile menu from the bigger resolution you need to change a lot of CSS styles. The solution for you also could be smaller font size for the menu for the smaller devices.

Seems the issue is caused by CloudFlare issue because it does not work even with official WooCommerce Storefront theme. It causes js errors because of blocking. Contact CloudFlare support to fix this issue. Because if I check your site in Safari where there is no blocking everything is fine http://prntscr.com/fue9ja
