You can’t disable dev mode when WP_DEBUG is set and/or you’re in a local host environment.

Sorry, noted that it works for the slider items because they have width and does not work for the grid. You should either add width for the grid items (but I think it’s not the good solution) and also change it for all the device breakpoints or use php skill to create the function that will display the fixed number of the symbols.

It would be better if you post this question on WooCommerce support forum because our theme does not have any options to set up tax rules. Their specialists should tell you if it’s possible to implement using default WC plugin settings or you maybe need some additional plugin and they will be able to offer you which one suits your needs.

1) Read more button appears only if the product does not have the price, like this one http://prntscr.com/gtn1i9 or if the product is out of stock. This is not related to our theme, this is how WooCommerce plugin works. You can enable Storefront theme (official WC theme) and check.

2) To check the tax problem provide me temporary admin panel access to your site. I need to check how it works on your site with the default theme.

3) Product images settings you can find in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Image settings. Once you change these settings or even hard crop option you need to regenerate thumbnails, install and use Regenerate thumbnails plugin.
4) You can try the following code (Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS)
