We don’t have option to import footer block only. You can import all the static blocks that demo has and then remove the block you don’t need. To do this go to XStore > Import demos > click the demo import you are interested in and then at the demo content import stage uncheck All import and check the Static blocks only https://recordit.co/Mx0UNRSo5T

You can enable the builder in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > on.
After that, you’ll be switched to builder editor mode. You can add sections, manage their width and add elements inside these sections depending on what element you want to show in what place and order, for example, https://prnt.sc/26jpts7

We don’t have video tutorials for this, unfortunately.

If you decide to use any of the built-in layouts you need just turn off the single product builder and you’ll be redirected to the default built-in layout that you used before.

To translate billing I just removed that string from the string translator, scanned the theme for strings again and translated the mentioned string again. It helped.
But on your video you try to translate the admin string of the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin. We are not developers of that plugin and it’s difficult to tell you why it does not work in this case. So, could you, please, contact WPML plugin support and ask to check why that translation does not work for you?

We don’t have such option unfortunately for the mega menu. So, you probably need to look for the mega menu plugins to implement that.
