If you want to disable categories for the subcategory only then go to Products > Categories > edit category > Display > choose Products https://prnt.sc/26kw7uq

We used Product categories classic WooCommerce widget. Go to Theme Options > General > enable Classic widgets option. After that go to Appearance > Widgets > add Product categories widget to Shop sidebar.

2) I see errors related to Elementor plugin files. Not to theme files. Did you try to enable the default WP theme (Storefront for example) and check if errors are there?

Ok. But if you are sure that you don’t have image in the Theme Options > Breadcrumbs then go to Pages > edit your Shop page > check if you did not upload the featured image for the shop page. Because it could display in breadcrumbs. If that does not help then we need your access to find the reason.

Are you talking about the 3d level https://prnt.sc/26k499x ? If you use the drop-down type of the menu it applies for all the menu levels and there is not option to display 2d level as the drop-down and 3d level as the mega menu in horizontal way. Use additional plugins for the mega menu if you want to customize any advanced view for your menu. Built-in menu settings do not have such options, unfortunately.
2) Never use such global classes to style some columns on your site https://prnt.sc/26k3pjv It causes issue for other columns that do not need that padding. Use custom classes to add custom styles.
