Our theme is not the reason of the issue. Try to disable third-party plugins and check after that. If it does not help then contact WooCommerce plugin support. We can do nothing if the order does not work even with the default theme, unfortunately.

2) Do you have this issue on the customizer preview only or on the real shop page of your site? Because Customizer does not refresh products order for the preview if you change that. At the same time it should work ok for the real shop page.

Current version is 8.0.11. Do you have the mentioned issue with the latest version of theme?
I would recommend you to make a backup of your site or create staging site (full copy of the production) and update all the plugins and theme to the latest version. You may provide us with the access to staging site and we’ll be able to help you with theme update to avoid issues. Then you’ll check if you still have the mentioned issue.
