Hello- I am hoping to resolve this issue quickly. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. The error message in the console suggests there’s a conflict between plugins.js line 285 and jquery.qtip.js

    Robert,

I have deactivated all plugins with the exception of the plugin I am using to generate the sidebar widget content and the error still occurs. The error is –

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.nanoscroller.coffee, line 0)

This is being called by the Royal theme in the plugins.js file.

Any assistance you can provide is appreciated.

    Jack,

The recommended plugin does not have the event management capability of Event Espresso. While I understand that you don’t guarantee compatibility, I would really appreciate any assistance you can give me to get this working. It is a javascript error which is also causing a conflict on several of the other pages.

    Thanks,
    Kirstin

Thanks Jack, that worked. I am not sure why it didn’t work when I included that code in my plugin.

Could you please look at the calendar page on my website on mobile? The menu will not display. This is the only page I am experiencing this issue on.

    Eva,

This unfortunately did not work either.

I have provided my login credentials below. All of my custom CSS is contained in my Custom CSS plugin.

    Thanks for your help.

    Eva,

Not sure if this is helpful in solving these issues, this was the reply from the plugin editor –

“Your theme has a JavaScript error.

This error is stopping the calendar plugin code from loading.

    The theme error is:
Uncaught TypeError: $(…).tooltipster is not a function

    and it is located in:

    http://0ae.f46.myftpupload.com/wp-content/themes/royal/js/etheme.js
My guess is that the tooltip code (tooltipster) is not being loaded for some reason.

You may need to refer to the theme author regarding this.

    Eva,

Thank you. But now my calendar page is no longer working. When you scroll over the event a short description is supposed to display. We corrected this previously in another thread. Now it is no longer working.

I really appreciate the help with this.

Also – suddenly my homepage displays the header with a white background and it isn’t static (i.e. when I scroll it disappears).

I would like to be able to adjust font properties of the popup title (i.e. in the “West Seneca, NY” popup in my footer I would like to change the font-size of LEISURE RINKS – West Seneca, NY).

I would also like to be able to change formatting for other content text (not in a list item).

    Eva,

The css for the popup box size did not work. Also, can you please provide code to format other text within the pop-up (non a list-item)?

    Thank you,
    Kirstin

    Brian,

Thank you for help with this. That will work to adjust the format, but the bullets are still not displaying. Also, I would like to be able to adjust font properties of the title (i.e. LEISURE RINKS – West Seneca, NY) and other content text (not in a list item).

Also, there seems to be something overriding my popup size in the html popups. I have them set to 600×500 but they are not displaying as such. See Contact Us as an example.

    Again, truly appreciate the assistance!
    Best Regards,
    Kirstin

That did not work. Is there css in the theme that is overriding the content an size of the popups?

Thanks Stan, I appreciate any help you can provide.

I am unable to display any bulleted lists when I use the custom html popup. Also unable to change the format of font-type/color/size in the popup.

In the footer the links under Locations and Learn More are supposed to be a bright silver color. I have created a custom class with the characteristics I want but they are not being applied to the text.

Please see screenshots in private content.

Eva – Thank you. That corrected the issue for the fixed top scroll menu but their is still a space above the slideshow before you scroll down. If you can give me the code I can adjust the custom css.

    Eva –

I am now experiencing all kinds of formatting issues on my site. The fixed menu is suddenly offset from the top of the page. The links for the items in my “locations” section of my footer are no longer working (they were working perfectly). The twitter feed in the footer randomly stops working and is replaced by “tweets by…”. This in addition to the formatting issues I am having in the “learn more” section (not displaying bullets, etc.).

    I really appreciate your help!

Actually, the custom css only worked for desktop – it did not work on the responsive mobile site. Any other suggestions?

I figured out how to update themes and plugins. But please answer question regarding royal-child-theme. Also please provide update 2.9.12 for Masterslider.

    Thank you.
