Also – suddenly my homepage displays the header with a white background and it isn’t static (i.e. when I scroll it disappears).

    Hello,

please make backup, delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload this folder from the latest theme package.
Also update all required plugins. You can download them here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hello,

Unfortunately there is a conflict of Espresso Calendar plugin and our theme. I’ve reuploaded original functions.php file and renamed the one where changes were made to functions.php_old.
Now map and sidebar are shown.
    Please check.

We’re sorry for such troubles, but we don’t guarantee that 3rd-party plugins will work properly with the theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Eva,

Thank you. But now my calendar page is no longer working. When you scroll over the event a short description is supposed to display. We corrected this previously in another thread. Now it is no longer working.

I really appreciate the help with this.

    Eva,

Not sure if this is helpful in solving these issues, this was the reply from the plugin editor –

“Your theme has a JavaScript error.

This error is stopping the calendar plugin code from loading.

    The theme error is:
Uncaught TypeError: $(…).tooltipster is not a function

    and it is located in:

    http://0ae.f46.myftpupload.com/wp-content/themes/royal/js/etheme.js
My guess is that the tooltip code (tooltipster) is not being loaded for some reason.

You may need to refer to the theme author regarding this.

    Hello,

Unfortunately our theme isn’t compatible with Espresso Calendar plugin.
Sorry, but we can’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
You may try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/installation/ instead.

Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
