    Hello –

I am experiencing a jQuery conflict on some of my pages which is preventing a tooltip from displaying in my sidebar widget. Please reference the Calendar widget on http://0ae.f46.myftpupload.com/forms/ for an example.

The following error is returned –
[Error] TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘a.call’) (jquery.nanoscroller.coffee)
    h (plugins.js, line 283)
    imagesLoaded (plugins.js, line 283)
    _waitForContent (jquery.qtip.js, line 632)
    _update (jquery.qtip.js, line 618)
    _updateTitle (jquery.qtip.js, line 642)
    render (jquery.qtip.js, line 187)
    (anonymous function) (jquery.qtip.js, line 1501)
    e (jquery.js, line 2)

I appreciate any assistance you can give me to get this working.

    Hello,

Please try to disable third-party plugins, one of them caused issue.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Robert,

I have deactivated all plugins with the exception of the plugin I am using to generate the sidebar widget content and the error still occurs. The error is –

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.nanoscroller.coffee, line 0)

This is being called by the Royal theme in the plugins.js file.

Any assistance you can provide is appreciated.

Hello- I am hoping to resolve this issue quickly. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. The error message in the console suggests there’s a conflict between plugins.js line 285 and jquery.qtip.js

    Hello,

As I see you’re using a plugin for Calendar widget.
Please take our apologies but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins and we don’t guarantee full compatibility of them with the theme.

    Thank you for understanding.
    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
