If you look on my website I have 4 columns, column 2 and 3 are widgetised static blocks and somehow they add more padding top than a normal htmi block or raw htmi block.
Hope that makes sense.

Eva,
that worked perfect thanks.
Can I ask if there is a way to change the padding on the footer, widgetised static blocks seems to have too much padding so there is too much gap from the info list I have above.
thanks again Eva 🙂
Any ideas support team?
My contact button is much lower than the Twitter feed
Olga,
Thanks for getting back to me.
It does not look right though….Mathew contact us button is much lower than the Twitter feed?
Looks messy
Very disapointing that no one has replied to my issue …. Olga?
It’s ok I will contact someone more senior!
No help on this?
Olga,
Ok what I have done.
I tried default twenty 14 theme with WordPress 4.4, as you suggested the same issue!
What I did next, downgraded WordPress to the previous version… Bingo! images back to normal.
I’m sticking with the previous WordPress version for now.
The link mentioned that it works with most themes but if not using the WP calculate attribute?
I would be happy to implement this in the theme if you advise where I need to put such functions?
Or I’m happy to wait until a theme update implements this, why did WordPress not have such an option to disable srcset feature is beyond me.
I’m sure I won’t be the only person using your theme and using 4.4 facing this same issue so any fix / solution would be appreciated by all.
Thanks Olga 🙂
Can I ask why you say it is WordPress Olga?
Have they changed how they deal with images?
The images are for products so that makes me think that woocommerce deal with these or the theme deals with the image sizes no?
Olga,
You still need to make sure your theme works with latest updates from WordPress and woocommerce.
However I think the problem is more likely to be woocommerce and your theme not dealing with CSS ?
I have regenerated thumbnails, it has made no difference at all.
Images seem to be most affected on mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPad.
Is there some kind of CSS issue in woocommerce or conflict with the theme?
Ok, I’m now thinking it was an issue more with the iPad iOS …. hard reset seemed to sort things for now.
Thank you
That’s a shame, it’s very good!
You also need to use an iPad and rotate it from portrait to landscape mode else you will NOT see the issue.
PLEASE REMOVE IMAGE AS I DO NOT CONSENT TO YOU SHOWING THIS!
I can’t really show a screenshot, please remove image.
It’s obviously a zoom scale issue Eva
Thanks Eva
Hang on!
Now my slider does not display at all.
I just don’t want the gap on mobile such as the iPhone?
Eva,
Thanks! that works… topic resolved!
I have emailed Olga.
So Olga will resolve any future issues directly with me, that’s good to prevent confusion and misunderstanding.
Olga,
The issues have been resolved by email with yourself.
Thanks for this.
I have a couple of other issues which I will list here but happy to email directly with you.
1) Issue with slider revolution not looping when on a single slide, it pauses for a long time when looping again on the same slide.
I have checked setting I can’t see anything specific that deals with this.
I had an issue with this before.
2) is there anyway of making my logo bigger on mobile such as iPad, I’m sure it was slightly larger on old theme version.
Login details still in private
Thanks
Eva,
I checked again and issue 4) has been resolved…. I don’t see the scroll bar now and the judder is not as bad… makes think if this was something to do with the rev slider?
———-
Just issues 7) and new issue 8) to resolve please
NEW ISSUE
8) whilst on product pages using mobile device / tablet (iPad), the page moves from left to right?
Did not do this before your work today!
It should be fixed to the resolution of the device, not moveable from side to side with you finger??
**** I also thought OLGA BARLOW was sorting these issues?
Eva,
Issue 4)
This happens in all pages, home page and other pages.
It shows a second vertical scroll bar briefly?
Issue 5)
This is the product categories listed within the product pages, the category sidebar as I have already advised you.
I’m now checking the website to see all your amendments, thanks
Issue no 6) search icon overlays shopping bag using iPad in landscape mode. See pic below

Can I get help on this please, these issues remain on a LIVE WEBSITE!
Such a bad idea updating your theme, yet again it breaks live websites causing poor customer experience.
This theme is very annoying!
if not resolved tomorrow then I will roll back to previous theme version, or maybe you can refund my money so I can buy a theme that works properly yes!
problem no 4) I notice on page load in IE and firefox that and additional scroll bar comes out from the right of the page, so is this a width issue / scroll issue??
New issues to add…
6) search icon in top bar (header) goes into the shopping bag when using the iPad whilst in landscape mode.
7) product page tabs I.e. reviews, description etc at bottom of the page are overlapping when using the iPad and mobile phone, tab heading text such as REVIEWS are mis-aligned.
To update you and add more issues! … THIS IS WHY I STAYED ON AN OLDER THEME VERSION DUE TO BUGS AND BEING THIS IS ON A LIVE WEBSITE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
Issue no 4) when the website loads and going from page to page, IE and Firefox the same issue.
But it does not do the page judder on mobile phone or tablet iPad ?
