Hi Olga;
Yes, we checked with Storefront and the plugin works. You can see screenshots in the Private Content area. With your theme is like the plugin just doesn’t exist nor it has been installed/activated, and it definitely is. It was working perfectly before updating your theme to be compatible WC 3.0
We really need this plugin to work on our site as it was working before, especially since the default WC product zoom seems to work incorrectly on mobile devices (you have to click on one area to zoom in, click again to zoom out, and click on another area to zoom in again… very annoying).

Their plugin is compatible to WC 3.0 since version 1.2.27 (we are using 1.2.29) and they suggest to test it with a default theme because it could be that our theme did some changes to the default WooCommerce template for the single product page.
We will appreciate some help with this.

NEW Problem with SHOP page after update (WC3.0.5 and XStore3.12)
Hi there;
We have just updated your theme to 3.12, WooCommerce to 3.0.5 and even the Theme Core; and now we have a problem with our SHOP page. We’ve tried everything on the backend through your Theme Options (we saw some changes, like with the “Shopping cart/Wishlist/Search” options on the header) and through the WooCommerce settings, but nothing helped. Even the top WordPress toolbar disappeared on that page (while it’s visible everywhere else). We included a screenshot in the Private Section below. Status Report also included.
Please helps us fix this.

Hi there;
So today we updated to the new WooCommerce version and then your XStore theme, and there are some issues in some pages: shop, single product, etc. WooCommerce displays the following message:
“Your theme (XStore Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”
We are including more information on the Private Content section, including the System Status report. Please help us fixing these important issues.

FYI, the XML-files folder that came with my theme’s download has 53 items while the one you just told me to download has 95 (including the ‘About Gym’ one).
