    hi,

    Thanks for your intervention.
    This actually allows me to get around the problem and apply the conditions.

    Pro element has just been updated, but it doesn’t seem to fix my problem.
    So I will use the method you applied.

    Hoping that a future update of Elementor or your theme will allow you to use the builder from the dashboard.

    Hi,

    So do i have to deactivate the “customiser” and if so how can I do that ?

    I still can’t save the conditions I want to apply for the Header and the signe product

    It works for Elementor Products Archive though

    Did I miss something ?

    Hello,
    I disabled the extension that seemed to be conflicting without this resolving the problem.
    I cannot delete these templates, nor modify their display conditions.
    However, I was able to specify the display conditions for Products Archive

    FYI, I created an admin account on the WordPress dashboard

    Thanks, but this code stretches the images a bit, can’t it just put space between the image and the title so that it’s aligned with the product that has the highest height in the line ?

    We cannot prepare them before they get uploaded automatically from an api.

    We just want to make the product display on a product list have the same height, we don’t care about the image

    What’s bothering us is mostly the height difference when displaying products in a list.

    Is there a way to make them all the same height regardless of the image height ?

    It seems that the problem is when we add a product to a sub category, it does not get accounted for at the parent category…

    Hi, I just did everything you asked, still nothing, the issue still persists.

    Also, you do have the right ftp access.

    For the cache, we have a plugin that’s activated, but we have disabled the caching function, it basically has no effect.

    Hi,

    Thanks, I understand now how it works, the templates now display well in the product pages. However, we still have the problem of the custom template with the condition on a category, it does not change, I do changes and I save… nothing changes !

    Hi,
    Thanks for your answers, we managed to solve most of the issues.

    For the point number 10 :

    Even after adding stock quantity, it still wouldn’t add to cart. But only for some products, and we cannot figure out why it happens.

    However, we found some new issues :

    – single product builder template doesn’t get saved (I change the colours, sizes, fonts, margins, paddings… and when I hit save and close, I come back to the page and nothing changes)

    – in the front nothing happens either, it seems like the category condition isn’t being applied

    – translations aren’t working : we donwloaded your French translations .po and uploaded them to Loco translate (Core plugin + Theme) and nothing happens, the texts in english are all still in english.

    – product sub categories widget doesn’t display on the sidebar, even after cleaning cache

    – can we not use the title in the breadcrumbs ? We want to put it in the category description (example: https://webdev.megabags.fr/valise-souple-samsonite/ we want the “VALISE SOUPLE SAMSONITE” to disappear but to still keep the breadcrumbs.)

    Hi,

    thanks for your reply.
    I thought we only use the theme on the preprod and prod version of a site.
    I uninstalled the theme from other sites which are test sites with no current reason to use the theme.

    I do not dispute the fact of buying a license for each, it is obviously normal.
    On the other hand, is it possible to switch the license of the theme from a preproduction site to the production site (it is the same project in this case)?
