By default Instagram API returns following standard image resolutions
thumbnail (150 x 150)
low_resolution (320 x 320)
standard resolution (640 x 640)
undocumented large image (1080 x 1080)
We use thumbnail, standard resolution and large image http://prntscr.com/k6zo6b
If you provide FTP and Dashboard access we can also add low_resolution (320 x 320) but then Instagram images will be blurred on the large screens because image block is bigger.

Do not forget to re-save theme options after the update and clear the cache.

For now you have the Blog page on the Front page. If you need to have the same images as on our demo variant, you need to edit the slider. The left image is related to the slider – you may import that. Check this info: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/slider-set-up/slider-import/
