Dear Sir,

We wanted to purchase https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/
So, we clicked on the buy theme option of bottom right
It took us to the xstore page in themeforest and we bought that

After that we realised that the theme of royal and xstore is different

We complained about it yesterday itself also and it seems your team has now changed the link of buy theme on https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/ url to the actual royal theme

But what about your mistake earlier? Why do I need to suffer because of you putting a wrong link in buy now

Request you to please handover us the theme for royal theme and we will be happy to give you away the xstore theme which has come to us because of your hyperlinking mistake

Please revert asap

Please, be so kind to open the refund request on Envato https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund- for your XStore purchase. Then you may purchase our Royal theme after you get the refund.
