Got it! Cleared cache on my own browser and that fixed it. Thanks for all your help on my issue. Fixed 🙂

Thanks again for the new Header Builder too. I am not technical and was able to make my desktop header nicer on my own using this new tool BUT the real excitement with the new header builder was a significant improvement on the mobile header. Thanks for a great upgrade!!!!

Ok this fix works great on my stating site! thanks

BUT I copied staging to product site for upgrading to latest xstore release and now none of the product pictures show up on either the category/shop pages or single product pages. Product pictures do work on single product page when I use the dropdown selector for quantity and color. https://exteriorcoatings.com/category/floor-coatings/chips-flakes/

Pictures contained in WP Bakery Elements don’t work either Pictures do work on other pages without products.

I tried clearing cache but this didnt help. What can I do?

Thanks. Almost there. This menu fix on our staging site, https://exterior1.wpengine.com/
displays the Mobile Menu correctly on a mobile device, the menu links all go to a category page which work BUT none of the product links on the category pagel take you to a single product page. They randomly take you to other category pages. I have pasted your fix into the custom css area so you can see for yourself. This fix did not affect desktop view. Please see if you can help. I am sure it is something simple :).

Problem seems to have gone away :). I disconnected WP Rocket and reactivated it without the CDN connected and mobile works just fine and no intermittent issues on desktop so all is good at the moment 🙂 Thanks.

I used the double quotes as that was the example you gave me. However even when I take the double quote out and make it a single quote, it still doesn’t w ork? Still don’t know how to get the iFrame to work on xStore? Thanks.

Still not working. Used the raw html element as you suggested, added the code you gave me and it still produces no output. Here are 3 screenshots showing putitng in the code, after it is entered on my backend and output uisng the preview option. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

I would like an iframe to appear so that contents appear to be on the website. So far only able to generate a link that takes me to a new webpage and off our website. Can you please explain how to do it? i have added an iFrame shortcode generated on WpBakery but it does not work, nor does using html code. Is there something in the XStore theme that blocks generation of iFrames? Thanks I don’t have any examples on our website as I can’t generate any to show you, catch 22 lol.

Ok, had the CDN cache cleared and in WordPress Admin cleared the website cache. Portfolio page formatting now works. However still have at bottom of every page the WordPress comments area which was not showing prior to Upgrade 5.2. How do I turn that off? Thanks!

Product shows bullet points and tags which it should not. Thiis was also problem with using Woo Commerce Product Element on single product page but you recently fixed it.

Almost there! All upgrade issues fixed except one small new one that cropped up with latest 5.xx upgrade.

Using the Woo Commerce Products element in a page again shows the short product description bullet points and tags (this is NOT a problem using Woo Commerce Products element in single product page anymore.)

Just a couple more problems from upgrade:

1.) Dropdown menu text for My Account on top bar not visible (text is white color). Don’t know how to change it to black color text.

2.) Single products displayed using Woo Commerce Products and 8Themes using grid mode are showing up on website with bullet points and tags below the picture:

If using Massive Grid Products error message displayed.

I was able to fix one of the items. I still have the following 3 problems from my 2 Nov 20 emails:

1.) On the Shop Page I am using the full width, 2 column booking view which looks fine here: https://georcarson.staging.wpengine.com/category/epoxy/ but I no longer see that formatting on the brand page, only shows pictures? https://georcarson.staging.wpengine.com/brand/acl-staticide/ .

2. I am also having a formatting issue with the Related Products slider bottom of single product page – https://georcarson.staging.wpengine.com/product/4800-ultra-static-dissipative-floor-finish/ . Ooops. I forgot to mention on my note a couple minutes ago 2 more small format issue.

1. The Shopping Cart Icon on the header no longer shows up, just the number of items in the cart?

2. on the shop page although the list, booking format is working it is not properly lining up. 2 products per row is the format, but each product is not at the same vertical line height when a listing does not have the exact overall height. Old version this was not a problem as if one product had a longer listing than the other, they both started down the page a bit farther. The new version by the time you get to the bottom of the shop page, there is a significant difference between the columns in where product in column starts and product in column 2 starts. See staging shop page and scroll down and it is immediately obvious. http://georcarson.staging.wpengine.com/shop/

Your “fix” worked and has brought the site back to life with a couple exceptions where I lost formatting from the version upgrade I need some help on.
