Please see attached screen recording to show direct access to server bypassing any content delivery networks, with browser caching disabled and no server-side cache of static files.

Also note different CSS file loaded for products vs rest of the areas of the website.

I have cleared cache and tested many times from different laptops and still facing the same issue as you can see in the video.

Ideally I want this to be size 90 as shown on image attached. But it goes way too big, and doesn’t stay the same on all pages.

Thank you this works, however it would be great to know why the name was showing incorrectly. I think that’s a bug that needs to be fixed rather than just patched?

Hello

CDN only applies for static files. I see the only modified file on the server is:

./wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/content-product.php

This would require opcache to be cleared which is done but the problem persists.

I have provided instructions in the private content area on where to clear this yourself.

HI there,

You’re misunderstanding – we are not only trying to add the attribute to the titles. The main issue here is that on the category page, for some reason some of the names don’t show the full title. Some show as “Adjustable Anti Pull Dog Harness” and others as “Adjustable Anti Pull Dog Harne” even though it’s the same product.

Perfect thank you so much – as I mentioned I have found WPBakery difficult to work with as I’ve previously used Themify Builder and its super easy to adjust everything in one place.

You mentioned there was instructional videos – can you point in the right direction so I can familiarise myself properly? Also, do I have the pro version of WPBakery with your theme or would I have to purchase this separately?

1. As you can see I have added 4 columns, however they are not in the centre of the page and completely misaligned. – seems to happen a lot throughout the theme so what can I do to get this to sit correctly?

2. I want the images to touch, so essentially for there to be no gutter. I understand it can be adjusted by the margins however this affects the look on mobile and again completely misaligns it.

Hi there,

Thank you so much for this – I’m still finding it really hard to edit the theme based on how I want it to look, and finding WPBakery really difficult to navigate, I also played around with Elementor but it still feels quite restrictive. Do you have a guide where I can follow certain steps?

For example, on this page I am trying to centre the logos under the header image where it has fast shipping etc – but no matter what I do it seems impossible – https://pawshtails.com/new-home-24/

Also, right at the bottom of the page I have 3 images with need support, sign up to email, and subscribe etc – I want these images to be touching with no gutters, but again I can’t seem to make it work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That won’t be a problem – thank you for advising in advance. I don’t find WP Bakery that easy to use in comparison to other builders.

With regards to copying over certain elements from a theme that falls under the xstore customisation rather than e.g. the layout of the following product page how can I go about this?

Thank you so much for getting back to me.

Yes the current live website is using WPBakery, However my plan is to recreate a website on the staging site and once ready I will put the live website into maintenance mode and restart the theme so will change from WPBakery to Elementor and copy over everything piece by piece from the staging website. Would this work?

Hi I can’t see where to disable the email builder – it doesn’t give me the option. My only option is to delete the email.

I have provided admin access.

The customer should be able to successfully reset their password and once they have done so it should redirect them to https://pawshtails.com/my-account/ so they can login.

I have updates again and its there now thank you. It seems to work on the cart page itself now which is great. However after I have applied a code, if I go back to the homepage or a product page and hover over the basket button, it doesn’t seem to be syncing and doesn’t show any amount on Desktop.

On Mobile it does show the amount when you hover over the cart, but it doesn’t take into account the discount applied.

Hi there,

I have followed everything you mentioned above, however I didn’t have the option to select “No” for the Ignore Discount option as it isn’t on the page…

The feature still doesn’t work properly. I have set the free shipping to £69, and after I applied the discount it says to spend another £0.08 even though it should be another £2.44.

Can you please let help?

“add a notice to the Add to Cart section of the single product page using the Single Product Builder”

Can I add a notice to the add to cart section on a particular category or product only rather than all products?

I have cleared my cookies and have tried off 3 different browsers. My defaults browser is google chrome, but I have tried Microsoft edge and firefox and have also tried using windows pc as well as a mac book but I cannot see any changes. Can you please help?

It doesn’t work… I have changed it to bright green to ensure changes are being made but still no progress. I have flushed php cache and purge content cache yet still no luck… Can you please advise?
