    Dear Rose,

I tried with the default WP theme and the problem is still there. I also deactivated all 3rd party plugins apart from Wooocommerce (for which the product categories are defined) and the duplication is still there.

In private you will find the admin access, however please make sure that the website will remain operational.

    Thanks in advance.

    Dear Rose,

No problem to provide the details however, could you please confirm that no files will be copied locally or, if so, deleted once the issue will be solved?

I trust you that the FTP access will not affect the website functionality.

    Best regards.

    Dear Rose,

I cleared the cache and checked the website using the incognito mode. However, the wrong products are still displayed.

    Could you please help.

    Dear Rose,

Before replying I waited to update the theme, which happened yesterday.

I’ve now tried to delete thousands of duplicate images by selecting bunches of 50s in the media library. However, again, it results in a 404 page after trying to delete them. It appears that it deletes only 20-22 images before triggering a 404 page.

Is there a way to increase the time limit in order to allow the theme to delete all selected images without incurring in a 404 page?

    Best regards.

    Dear Support,

Could you please confirm that if I update the theme to the new version I could delete the images in bulk?

Cancelling the images via FTP is not a solution considering that would break the link with the database and wordpress in general…

    Best regards.

    Dear Rose,

The language switcher is now aligned however, this triggered an error message related to revolution slider!!

    This is the message:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

    To fix it you can:
    1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
    2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

    Could you please help me?

    Dear Rose,

Thanks for your help. After reading your reply I have few additional questions:

    1) Is there a specific reason why the brand text is not displayed although encoded in the back end? would it be possible to change this limitation?
    2) In case I do not have products associated with the brand, why the page is displaying a button with a link to a random category page? how can i get rid of the misleading link?
    3) In case you cannot or want to solve the above mentioned limitation, is there a way to disable the “un-optimized” brand feature from the theme in order to allow us to use the woocommerce brand plugin. The woocommerce plugin is showing the text encoded in the back end however cannot be used due to a conflict with the theme native brand feature.

    Thanks in advance.

    Dear Jack,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I inserted the code in the custom.css file, but it does not affect the coupon grey banner in the check out page. Please have a look at it… also, as before it is a dead link.

I would like to get rid of it from the check out page.

    Could you please help me.

    Dear Eva,

Unfortunately I cannot provide you the access simply because I am working on my localhost (I will make the website live once ready, in several weeks). Could you please explain me and I’ll try to implement it?

    Regards.
