To correct all categories you need go to Products > Categories > open category and re-save it. Errors will disappear. The problem is related to changes made in category header editor.

I’ve re-updated the theme and checked the issue with default WordPress theme.
Such problem persists there too.
We can say that it’s related to Woocommerce plugin. You need contact their support and ask them to check this problem.

Very likely that file_get_contents() function is disabled in the server configuration. It caused problems with default import. Contact your host concerning this issue and also ask them to check whether allow_url_fopen function is enabled and php version shouldn’t be less than 5.3 version.
