Sorry, but the problem isn’t with our theme, but with the code your client is copying. We don’t know how that site is created and why such code is copied. You can recommend him to write descriptions manually.

To fix the errors on category pages you need go to Products > Categories > open category and re-save it. Errors will disappear. The problem is related to changes made in category header editor.

I’ve edited header.php file. Keep it safe.
Please replace the previous code with this one in custom.css:

@media (max-width: 767px){
.header .menu-icon {
right: -20px;
}
.menu-icon-text {
font-size: 14px;
margin-right: 30px;
}
}

As you can see the word “menu” and the menu icon are placed very closely. So it would be better place it under the menu icon.

Concerning the menu request we don’t have such options in the theme.
You may try to use some plugin to achieve what you want.

Please update Woocommerce plugin. It may fix the issue with slider and gallery images.

You need separate IDs with comma.
To mark products as New you can refer to this article: http://support.8theme.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/9/0/how-to-mark-products-as-featured-and-new-ones

Those icons are images and you can change their colors only with some image editor.

You can achieve the same style for your gallery only if you use Posts Slider element, select Post type and be sure your blog posts have featured images.
